Perfect solution for my 2013 Venza.

This OEM kit works exactly the way it is advertised. I had my unit professionally installed. However if you are really handy and can follow the instructions you can probably do this yourself. The only caution is that you are close to the side airbags plus you are removing a lot of interior trim. I didn't want to take that on myself. Mine was installed by Soundwerks in Scottsdale, Az
