The integrated electronic compass display is a self-calibrating 8 quadrant (N, NE, E, SE, etc.) compass module that is integrated into the mirror assembly. The display automatically adjusts to the outside light.

The outside temperature display is useful for safety because it is important to know when the outside temperature is near freezing. In fact the temperature display reads "ice" for the first several seconds when the outside temperature reaches 37 degrees F. This display also reads in either F or C degrees.

The electrochromic mirror senses ambient light and glaring headlights from behind. It then automatically reduces the annoying glare from bright lights. This feature may be turned off.

The sleek integrated design makes this unit unobtrusive and pleasing to the eye. It is manufactured to O.E.M standards and is a factory option on many new luxury cars.

Installation is easy, only the power and temperature sensor needs to be wired. The wiring harness and thorough instructions allow for installation in about one hour.
