The camera has a low lux lens that is enhanced by infrared illuminators. the camera is housed in a sleek streamlined housing that fits into any interior color scheme. The lightweight housing is mounted to the ceiling of the vehicle and aimed at the position where you place the baby seat or carrier.

The video monitor has a 2.5" color image with contrast adjustment. The monitor is designed to mate with the autodimming mirror that is included with the kit.
